Refund/Return Policy
All transactions and purchases made on the site are final, and Pink 100 offers no return and exchange unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defective. Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final.
If you received the wrong product, are missing any products, or have concerns, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise. You must inspect the product immediately. Email us at info@pink100.com. We're happy to rectify the issue. Please do not unravel, wet, play with, install, open, or alter the product.
Once an order is placed and processed, we WILL NOT cancel, adjust, or apply any discounts to it. Please double-check your order before checking out.
Customized Orders
Customized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Important Conditions for Return
All items go through rigorous checks before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely rare.
Please note that you can only return a product if it is deemed defective. The product returned shall be inspected immediately. Ensure the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:
- The product MUST be in unused and original condition.
- Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regard to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.
- You MUST inform us about the return of the product within 48 hours.
- You MUST not unravel, wet, play with, or install hair.
- The return package MUST include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warranty cards, and other documentation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, we will issue you a store credit to make future purchases on the site.
Package Refusals or Returns
In the event that the package gets returned or refused, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping or delivery cost. Route package protection is non-refundable. Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
A 3% cancellation fee will be applied to all orders.
Please note that colored hair such as ombre, dyed, or bleached hair cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no exchanges or refunds on custom orders. Please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and/or stolen packages. We are not responsible for custom international fees as they are out of our control once it gets to your home country.
Route Package Insurance
Please add Route Package Insurance at checkout. If you OPT out, you are fully responsible for the lost or stolen package, and you cannot file a dispute in the event the package gets lost or stolen. We will not handle any investigations through the shipping company if the package is lost or stolen. We are NOT responsible for any mishaps whatsoever. You are solely responsible.
Product Responsibility
Pink 100 is not responsible for products that customers purchase incorrectly. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are purchasing the correct product before proceeding to pay. Pink 100 will not refund these orders whatsoever.
Lace Products
Bleaching the knots incorrectly will cause lace balding/shedding. We are not responsible for lace damage due to bleaching.
Order Address
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
Verification
Extra verification will be required for some orders. We will require identification to prove that the order was made by the card/account owner. We will email or call you to send in the government-issued ID needed to fulfill your order.
Ready to Wear Wigs
Ready to wear wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please do not order these wigs if you're new to wearing wigs or unable to install them by yourself. Consult with your hairstylist first. The wig can only be returned or exchanged if it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defective. You must inspect the product immediately. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your wig if you're unhappy.
DO NOT CUT THE LACE! ONCE THE LACE IS CUT, THE WIG IS NON-RETURNABLE. Please do not unravel, wet, play with, install, or alter the product. DO NOT CUT THE LACE. ONCE THE LACE HAS BEEN CUT, THE WIG CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Fraudulent Orders
Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be canceled immediately and reported to the FBI.
- (MISDEMEANOR) – theft over $50
- (FELONY) – $500-$3,000
Order Processing
To ensure speedy delivery, we process orders daily, minus holidays and weekends. Therefore, orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is verified and completed.
Policy Changes
Pink 100 reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies, or sales at any given time. Please check our policies often for any changes.
Credit Card Fraud Prevention
To prevent credit card fraud, some orders may require ID verification BEFORE the order is shipped. We may request additional information if your billing, banking, or credit card information does not match the information you have on file with the credit card processor. If you are a first-time customer, we will contact you to verify if you are the cardholder. If your information is not verified within 48 hours, we will refund you.
